The Independent Living Case Manager provides case management and skill-building instruction to refugee and immigrant youth transitioning out of foster care. Responsibilities include developing youth-centered curriculum, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with community partners to support client self-sufficiency.
A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required, along with experience in child welfare or working with immigrant and refugee populations. Candidates must possess strong cross-cultural communication skills, computer literacy, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope. This position is part of the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Foster Care program (URM) foster care program. The URM Independent Living Case Manager provides case management services and skill building instruction to youth ages 15-20 that are preparing to transition out of foster care by facilitating training and one-on-one support.
