Du baust das Spare Parts Management am Standort Stein auf, entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Ersatzteilthemen in Produktion und Projekten.
Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Logistik und stellst effiziente, abgestimmte Prozesse im Ersatzteilmanagement sicher.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Qualität, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Stammdaten im Bereich Ersatzteile und sorgst für eine hohe Datenintegrität.
Gemeinsam mit Anlageningenieuren führst du Ersatzteilanalysen durch, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und verbesserst nachhaltig Lagerbestände sowie Wiederbeschaffungszeiten.
Du bist Key User für SAP MM und stellst die Verfügbarkeit sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der systemseitigen Stammdaten und Prozesse sicher.
Du entwickelst und implementierst langfristige Strategien zur Steigerung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit (Reliability) und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Betriebssicherheit.
Du erstellst und implementierst SOPs im Instandhaltungsumfeld, stellst die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften sicher und treibst Initiativen im Bereich Maintenance Excellence aktiv voran – inklusive Schulung relevanter Stakeholder.
Technisches Studium (HF, FH, BSc, MSc, Dipl. Ing.) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit starkem technischem Verständnis
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung sowie im Ersatzteilmanagement
Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP MM sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Materialstammdaten
Analytische Stärke und Erfahrung im Definieren sowie Auswerten von KPIs
Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
