Lonza in Stein (AG) bietet eine spannende Ausbildung als Automatiker/in EFZ an. In dieser vielseitigen, vierjährigen Lehre spezialisierst du dich im Bereich der Automation. Als Automatiker/in entwickelst, verdrahtest und programmierst du elektrische und pneumatische Steuerungen. Des Weiteren führst du Inbetriebnahmen, Instandhaltungsarbeiten und Fehlersuche von Steuerungen und Anlagen durch um einen möglichst reibungslosen Prozess zu gewährleisten. Daneben bearbeitest du Kunststoff- und Metallgehäuse, lötest Bauteile auf Platinen und erstellst Kabel zur Verbindung von Laborgeräten und Steuerungen. Auch das Reparieren von fehlerhaften Geräten gehören zu deinem spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet. Aufträge und Projekte bearbeitest du gemeinsam mit deinem Team und erfahrenen Fachleuten, die dir beratend und unterstützend zur Seite stehen.
Deine überbetrieblichen Kurse (üK) finden bei unserer Partnerfirma aprentas in Basel statt. Der schulische Teil deiner Ausbildung hingegen, absolvierst du bei der Gewerbeschule ebenso in Basel. Die Fächer Mathematik, Informatik, Lern- und Arbeitstechnik sowie Physik vermitteln dir das nötige Basiswissen, welches du für deine Lehre benötigst. Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil deiner schulischen Ausbildung beinhaltet die Werkstoff- und Zeichnungstechnik, in der du den Umgang mit Materialien und das Erstellen technischer Zeichnungen erlernst. In Elektrotechnik und Elektronik erwirbst du fundierte Kenntnisse über elektrische Schaltungen und Bauteile.
