The Site HR Head leads all human resource activities at the Singapore site, aligning HR strategies with business goals to attract and retain talent. This includes managing a team of HR professionals and providing leadership consultation to the site senior leadership team.
Requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's, with several years of experience as an HR generalist in a senior leadership role. Experience within a BioTech or Pharma manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

We are looking for a Site HR Head, Singapore.
Role Purpose:
The Site HR Head serves as a member of the Singapore SLT and is responsible for the development and execution of all HR related activities at the Site, establishes HR strategies and drives solutions and services to the Site in support and alignment with business goals and objectives, manages all human resource activities such as employee engagement, recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance and talent management, organization development, compliance and employee communication in order to attract and retain strong talent and appropriately reward employees for performance that are very tailored to the Site specific needs.
The Site HR Head leads a team of 3 HR professionals directly and is responsible to build a high performing team through coaching and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR leadership, consultation and support to the site SLT team, line managers and employees
Translate and implement globally defined HR strategies into locally applicable action plans
Develop the change management strategy within the site to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives and other global initiatives
Establish HR operational plan aligned to the site business priorities and implement accordingly
Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve employee engagement and site efficiency
Establish and drive organization and talent development actions to ensure strong and robust pipe-line of talent exists to fill both evolving local and global site staffing needs
Monitor HR effectiveness by tracking & reporting key measures. Take corrective action as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Several years of experience as an HR generalist with responsibility for managing an HR team as a member of senior leadership, preferably in a BioTech/Pharma manufacturing environment
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred
Fosters a culture that embraces errors as a source of innovation
Deliberately uses a structured approach to evaluate work experiences and applies learnings to new situations
Translates corporate strategy into critical success factors and creates breakthrough implementation plans
Acts as a key communication link between operational layers and upper management
Develops inclusive relationships and alliances engaging internal and external stakeholders
Communicates regularly with peers/team members about customer topics to drive awareness and build capability
Maintains effective and sustainable customer relation
Provides coaching to enable/accelerate success outcome
Anticipates and resolves challenges
Demonstrates high integrity and accountability for his/her area ensuring team(s) actions and decisions are aligned to business objectives
