The Operations Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for newcomer settlement and integration programs. Responsibilities include staff supervision, program performance monitoring, budget management, and ensuring compliance with organizational and funder requirements.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess at least three years of experience working with newcomers or diverse communities. Proven experience in staff supervision, project management, or team leadership is also required.

The London Cross Cultural Learner Centre ('CCLC') is a London, Ontario–based non-profit organization that provides settlement services for newcomers to Canada. We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Operations Manager to join our Integration Services team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integration Services, the Operations Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for newcomer settlement and integration programs. The successful candidate will support high-quality service delivery through staff supervision, program oversight, performance monitoring, and operational coordination while ensuring compliance with organizational and funder requirements.
This is an onsite position based primarily at 505 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Due to the operational leadership responsibilities of the role, remote work is not available.
