Overview

Join the Locaria Academy Graduate Program in Cairo, Egypt, and kickstart your career. This six-month paid program is designed for motivated and ambitious graduates eager to gain hands-on experience, professional development, and a global perspective. You'll have the chance to work on impactful projects, learn from industry experts, and receive mentorship to help you grow both personally and professionally. Successful graduates may even have the opportunity to continue their journey with us beyond the program.

As part of the International Market Research team at the Locaria Academy Graduate Program, you will:

 

Support your more senior colleagues in a wide range of localisation project-related tasks, such as receiving and analysing client assets such as surveys and verbatims, setting up project workflows, discussing project timelines and costing, completing quality assurance steps and liaising with external and internal language professionals. You will use tech platforms and tools which are common in the language and marketing industry. Additionally, you will have exposure to, and training on, processes such as keyword research, linguistic methodology selection, machine translation usage as well as internal project management and account management best practices.

 

 

You will also:

Required Skills

We’re looking for ambitious graduates with:

• A strong academic record and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for results.

• A drive for continuous learning and professional growth.

You will need to be available to join in October 2026 when the programme begins. This role will be working Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 7 PM local time.

 

This is a paid graduate programme offering $350 USD gross per month.

The selection process will involve two stages:

Stage One: A video submission interview where you’ll showcase your skills, motivations, and why you’re excited about joining Locaria Academy.

Stage Two: If successful, you’ll proceed to a final virtual interview, where you’ll meet some of our team managers. This may include an interview or an assessment center to evaluate your skills and fit for the programme.
