The Guest Services team member is responsible for greeting guests, scanning tickets, and assisting with seating and venue navigation. They also ensure venue safety, resolve guest complaints, and assist with post-event cleanup and equipment storage.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a guest service role. The position requires excellent communication skills and the physical ability to walk, climb stairs, and lift at least 25 pounds.
