Stagiaire assistant.e marketing et promotion des festivals au sein du service communication & marketing, en collaboration avec toute l’équipe et sous la direction de la Directrice Marketing, vous aurez en charge d’assurer les tâches suivantes :
Coordination et suivi avec l’équipe booking festival chez Live Nation & suivi auprès des festivals :
Récupération des packs promotionnels des artistes
Envoi du matériel aux festivals
Validation des déclinaisons des matériels promotionnels des festivals
Coordination et suivi des diverses demandes promo des festivals
Coordination et suivi avec les équipes de l’artistes (agent – management ou tour manager):
Suivi de la validation des déclinaisons des matériels promotionnels des festivals
Suivi de la validation des diverses demandes promo des festivals en amont
Suivi de la validation des demandes promo des festivals durant leur événement (demande d’accréditations photo, d’interview sur site, de rencontres, …)
Soutien au service marketing (en binôme avec le stagiaire assistant marketing):
Gestion des demandes d’accréditation sur les événements : traitement et suivi
Mise en place d’opérations promo / jeux concours et suivi
Rédaction / traduction de communiqués de presse et biographies
Tenue à jour de la base de données commerciales et médias
Suivi de tournées nationales
Soutien divers au service pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des projets
Formation “chargé.e de projet” : prise en main de la stratégie d’annonce (élaboration et mise en place de plan marketing, coordination du marketing en lien avec les équipes internes et externes, Gestion de budget et suivi comptable)

Tu prépares un diplôme Bac+3/4/5 au sein d’une grande école de commerce ou une Université avec en marketing/communication
Connaissance et/ou intérêt pour le milieu musical, culturel, des médias, de la production de concerts/événements et de leurs publics
Aptitudes rédactionnelles et rigueur
Anglais pratiqué, oral et écrit
Maîtrise du pack Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) indispensables
Bonne connaissance du secteur digital, de ses outils et ses enjeux
Très bon relationnel, grand sens pratique et de l’adaptation
Dynamique et polyvalent.e, curieux.se et motivé.e
Intégrer une équipe dynamique, créative, passionnée et propice à l’inclusion et l’épanouissement au travail
