Lead a team of technicians in the commissioning and operation of chemical process equipment for ceramic ion exchange bead production. Implement maintenance best practices, oversee safety programs, and track KPIs to ensure reliable equipment operation.
Requires 8+ years of industrial maintenance or reliability experience and an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Must possess strong leadership skills and the physical ability to lift 50lbs and work in tight spaces or at heights.

Lilac is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of mechanical, instrument, and electrical technicians supporting the construction, commissioning, and operation of chemical process equipment for production of ceramic ion exchange beads.
What you'll do
This is a full-time position based in Fernley, NV. Lilac’s Fernley operation is a new and growing facility, and this role includes an opportunity for career growth and advancement.
