Responsible for processing shipping labels, entering data into the Acumatica ERP system, and handling special shipping instructions. The role also involves pulling, verifying, and packaging inventory and organizing incoming products according to FIFO requirements.
Requires 2+ years of picking and shipping experience and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Candidates must be able to lift 40+ lbs regularly and possess forklift certification or experience.

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for processing all shipping labels for customer orders, entering information into our ERP system, Acumatica, and handling all special shipping instructions. In addition, assisting with conducting the pulling, verification, and packaging of items in inventory as specified on a picking ticket for customer orders. This position assists in loading the merchandise into the FedEx and UPS trucks. This position is responsible for receiving and organize incoming product per FIFO requirements into inventory from the Receiving and Production departments.

Level 2: Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
