Review and annotate legal content to train and evaluate AI models for technical accuracy and legal soundness. Provide structured feedback to improve model performance and partner with stakeholders to refine evaluation frameworks.
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with experience in commercial, corporate, or transactional legal matters. Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise legal judgment in ambiguous situations.
