Define and implement the end-to-end QA strategy and automated testing infrastructure across a diverse stack including hardware, backend, and frontend. Build and mentor a QA team in Portugal while ensuring quality gates are enforced within CI/CD pipelines.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Must possess strong coding skills for automation and experience testing across web, desktop, mobile, and hardware-adjacent systems.

This is our first QA hire in Portugal. You won't inherit a playbook – you'll write it. Your mandate is to define what "done" means from a quality standpoint, build the testing infrastructure, and over time grow a QA team that owns the full function. You'll work directly alongside our hardware R&D engineers, which means you'll be testing software that talks to real devices – not just web forms.
