Own the demand side of the talent business by building and managing a book of business with technology leaders. Focus on creating engagements for elite AI-leveraged engineers by deepening relationships with CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
Requires a strong professional network of tech leaders and experience in B2B tech services or staffing. Candidates should possess a technical background or a genuine curiosity about software development and the ability to work autonomously.
