Maintain the cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, and public areas to meet Langham and Forbes standards. Assist room attendants with supplies and provide professional assistance and directions to hotel guests.
Requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and walking for most of the workday. Previous luxury hotel experience is preferred, along with basic English reading and writing skills.
Assure cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public areas and assists room attendants in order to maintain Langham and Forbes standards of quality. Assist colleagues whenever they are in need of help.
Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, stand and walk continuously, climb stairs, and push or pull heavy equipment. Requires walking 90 - 95 % of workday. Must be able to push / up to 50 lbs.
Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Previous luxury hotel experience preferred.
