The HR/Payroll Specialist will manage day-to-day payroll processing, including auditing timekeeping and reconciling reports, while also overseeing HR functions like recruitment and employee onboarding. The role serves as a liaison for payroll and benefits matters and maintains the firm's HRIS system under the supervision of the HR/Payroll Manager.
Candidates must possess an associate degree with at least two years of related technical experience or an equivalent combination. A minimum of two to three years of experience in HR/Payroll functions for organizations with 100+ employees is required.
