The Direct Solar Sales Expert will identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell residential solar energy solutions. They are responsible for closing sales, educating clients on solar benefits, and managing a lead database to meet sales targets.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and proven sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify and engage with potential customers through various means, such as referrals, networking, and attending industry events.
· Facilitate and develop other representatives
· Closing sales from door-to-door leads, while generating exclusive leads
· Develop and maintain a database of leads and effectively prioritize them for sales outreach.
· Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available incentives or rebates.
· Negotiate and persuade clients to close deals to meet sales targets.
· Conduct site visits and meet with customers.
· Other duties as required.
Position Summary:
The Direct Solar Sales Expert will promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential customers. They will educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, assess their energy needs, and design customized solar solutions to meet those needs. Their primary goal will be to increase solar adaptation, contribute to sustainable energy initiatives, and drive business growth while maintaining a high level of service.
