  • Coordinate with local operations for bed fleet management to ensure product availability and functionality

Relationship Building & Customer Experience

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Deliver high levels of customer service through ongoing training, education, and engagement

Resource Development & Reporting

  • Contribute to the development of clinical education materials and resources
  • Complete required documentation and reporting in tools such as Monday.com, including expense reporting
  • Attending conferences and industry events as a subject matter expert when needed

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a critical care or acute care clinical setting

  • Ability to educate clinicians on new clinical practices and protocol development using evidence-based approaches

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
