The role involves an even split between processing national payroll for 320 employees and providing HR administrative support. Key duties include managing payroll compliance, superannuation, and supporting the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in a comparable payroll position with sound knowledge of Australian payroll processes and Fair Work legislation. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and high attention to detail are required.
The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Officer to join our People, Safety & Culture team in Kilburn, SA. This role is an even split between payroll and HR administration. Our payroll system is largely automated, however sound, fundamental payroll knowledge is essential to keep it running accurately and compliantly. HR administration and support is a genuine, ongoing part of the role. You'll be well supported in both areas by an experienced People, Safety and Culture team.
