The Opportunity
Konica Minolta is looking for mechanically curious, technically minded, customer-focused individuals who are ready to build a long-term career in production print technology and service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, understanding how advanced equipment works, working with technology, and supporting customers who depend on reliable, high-quality print production.
Production Print is a specialized area of our business. You will work with larger, more advanced print systems used by commercial print providers, in-plant print environments, and customers who rely on speed, quality, accuracy, and uptime to run their operations.
This role also offers the variety and independence of field-based work — where you can plan your day, travel to different customer locations, and avoid being tied to the same desk or workspace every day.

ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site maintenance and repairs for production print equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
Install, configure, and calibrate production print machinery for optimal performance.
Collaborate closely with clients, delivering outstanding customer service and support.
On-site service of MFPs
Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets
Responsible to learn new technologies, maintain accurate records and assist other team members as required
10% - Lead referrals, assists with customer assessments and solution design
90% - break-fix and customer support
Seeks opportunities to improve territory parts budget and inventory control
Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management

As a Production Print Field Service Technician, you will develop valuable skills in:
