En tant que Superviseur Maintenance, vous pilotez la performance de votre secteur et garantissez la satisfaction client. Vous encadrez vos équipes, assurez la sécurité et veillez au respect des engagements contractuels.
Vos responsabilités s’articulent autour de 3 grands axes :
Pilotage & Organisation
Planifier et coordonner les interventions de maintenance.
Garantir le respect des délais, des budgets et des standards qualité.
Suivre les indicateurs techniques et financiers.
Management & Sécurité
Encadrer et accompagner les techniciens dans leur développement.
Assurer la sécurité des équipes et des chantiers.
Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques et la culture sécurité.
Relation Client & Reporting
Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients sur votre périmètre.
Assurer un reporting régulier et proposer des solutions adaptées.
Identifier les opportunités commerciales liées aux interventions.
Votre profil :
