Oversee all day-to-day trucking operations specializing in heavy haul and over-dimensional freight, focusing on efficiency, profitability, and fleet expansion. Lead driver management, safety compliance, and P&L performance to scale the asset-based operation.

Location: Lenexa, KS (Kansas City Metro) – Onsite
Relocation: Negotiable
We are seeking a proven, hands-on leader to oversee and scale a growing trucking operation specializing in heavy haul, over-dimensional, and open deck freight.This role is responsible for the full operational leadership of the trucking company—owning everything from driver management and fleet performance to compliance, safety, and regulatory oversight. This is a highly visible position that will directly influence the growth, efficiency, and long-term success of the business.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in leading trucking companies, understands the complexity of asset-based operations, and has the leadership presence to build, develop, and hold teams accountable.
This is not a maintenance role—this is a growth role. With a rapidly expanding fleet and a focus on specialized freight, this position is critical to building a best-in-class trucking operation.
