What you’ll be doing:

· Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

· Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed

· Process orders, returns, service requests, or account updates

· Provide product, pricing, and delivery information

· Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support

· Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved

· Support customer satisfaction and service quality targets
