The Clinical Nurse Educator provides development expertise to clinical staff through the assessment, planning, and implementation of educational programs. They manage regulatory compliance training, coordinate clinical rotations, and facilitate annual competencies to ensure high-quality patient care.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least 3 years of experience as a practicing RN. Previous experience in healthcare training and education is strongly preferred.

Job Summary
Responsible for providing support to clinical staff by providing development expertise as an educator, consultant, and facilitator. The position works in conjunction with unit leaders to support the development of the hospital clinical staff. This occurs through the facilitation of the educational process through assessment, development, planning, implementation, and continuing education. The Clinical Education Coordinator is responsible for supporting clinical staff with initial and ongoing education.
