Ben jij een analytische professional die graag de brug slaat tussen business en IT? Voor een toonaangevende en gevestigde organisatie in Nederland zijn wij op zoek naar een Business / IT Consultant. In deze rol werk je op het snijvlak van business en technologie en draag je bij aan innovatieve projecten die organisaties helpen hun processen te optimaliseren en toekomstbestendig te maken. Wat ga je doen? - Inventariseren, analyseren en vertalen van business- en gebruikerswensen naar functionele oplossingen. - Fungeren als de verbindende schakel tussen business, IT en development teams. - Intensief samenwerken met software engineers, architects, testers en product owners. - Adviseren van stakeholders over procesverbeteringen, digitalisering en IT-oplossingen. - Presenteren van analyses en projectvoortgang. - Coördineren van workshops en requirementssessies. - Begeleiden van implementaties en optimalisaties. - Ondersteunen bij acceptatietesten, change management en implementaties. - Werken binnen Agile/Scrum teams.
Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring. - HBO- of WO-opleiding. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal. - Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden. - Ervaring met Agile/Scrum. - Uitstekende communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden. Pré - Ervaring met ERP-, CRM- of andere bedrijfsapplicaties. - Kennis van Azure DevOps, Jira of vergelijkbare tools. - Ervaring met Lean of BPM.
