Lead the strategy and execution of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve product discoverability across search engines and LLMs. Develop structured content standards and AI-enabled workflows to optimize digital shelf performance across retailer and owned platforms.
Requires 6+ years of experience in SEO, digital shelf, or content optimization with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Technology. Must possess deep knowledge of SEO/GEO fundamentals and experience with CMS, DAM, and PIM platforms.
The Digital Shelf SEO, GEO Optimization Manager is part of a new team within Marketing focused on Marketing Technology and Digital Experiences, responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and scaling of how Keurig Dr Pepper products and content are discovered, selected, and amplified across search engines, LLMs, and retailer digital shelf environments. This role owns the development and operationalization of SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and agentic optimization capabilities, ensuring structured content, metadata, and workflows enable scalable optimization across product and listing pages within eCommerce platforms.
