Lead the strategy and optimization of water treatment systems and processes to achieve production and environmental sustainability goals. Serve as the primary subject matter expert for major capital projects, regulatory compliance, and team leadership across the manufacturing organization.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, with a Master's preferred. Candidates must have 12-17 total years of water treatment experience within the beverage industry, including corporate-level project management.
The Senior Manager of Water Treatment Systems will lead efforts to assess, support, sustain, improve and optimize KDP water treatment systems and processes to include various water treatment & production technologies e.g. RO, Nano, DI, LTS, Ozonation, etc. This role is critical in developing a robust enterprise strategy while driving key water initiatives and continuous improvement programs across the organization to achieve our production and environmental sustainability goals.
