Lead the operational agenda for the Evansville site, focusing on transformation, growth, and cost-efficient agile operations. Responsible for all manufacturing operations including safety, production efficiencies, and financial performance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of operations management experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Must have a proven track record as a change agent with experience managing direct reports and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
The Plant Manager for our Evansville, IN site will be accountable for leading an ambitious, change-oriented and forward-looking operational agenda focused on transformation and growth, responsive to a fast-changing world and becoming more consumer and customer centric though cost-efficient agile operations.
Reporting to the VP of Operations and working as part of the Food leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the operational strategy which will focus on sustainable, profitable growth and performance while working closely with a broad cross-functional group of internal and external stakeholders.
Working Conditions
The typical hiring range for this role is $129,900 to $239,500 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
