Lead HR strategy and initiatives for multiple operating companies in the South Region to build a high-performing workforce. Act as a strategic business partner to the Divisional Vice President and oversee functional excellence in HR operations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity. Strong knowledge of employment laws and experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments is essential.
