Join our growing team as a Commercial Refrigeration Foreman / Lead Installer and help deliver high-quality supermarket and commercial refrigeration installations for a company values craftsmanship, safety, and its people.
DHR Mechanical Services, a trusted name in commercial and supermarket refrigeration, is seeking experienced Refrigeration Foremen / Lead Installers to support new construction, remodel, and equipment replacement projects across the Southeast. This role is installation-focused, involves weekly travel (including Puerto Rico), and offers long-term career growth with steady, year-round work.

What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Refrigeration Foreman / Lead Installer, you will serve as the on-site leader for supermarket refrigeration installation projects, including rack systems, cases, walk-ins, and associated piping, electrical, and EMS work.
You will lead field crews, coordinate daily installation activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role bridges hands-on technical leadership with crew supervision and jobsite coordination.
