Responsible for creating and ensuring the quality of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS. This includes managing business combinations, PPA information, stock exchange reporting, and conducting impairment tests.

Requires a university degree in economics and IT, with several years of experience in consolidation and strong knowledge of IFRS. Proficiency in both German and English is essential.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung von konsolidierten Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS
  • Fachlicher Review und Analyse der lokalen Abschlüsse innerhalb der Gruppe
  • Federführende Begleitung von Business Combinations, einschließlich der Kapitalkonsolidierung und Sicherstellung aller relevanten PPA-Informationen
  • Verantwortung für die fristgerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Erstellung des quartalsweisen Börse-Reportings für die Kapsch TrafficCom Group
  • Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Erstellung von Unternehmensbewertungen sowie Durchführung von Impairment-Tests und PPA-Bewertungen
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der konzernweiten Anwendung relevanter IFRS-Standards

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (WU, FH) mit wirtschaftlichem und IT-Technischen Schwerpunkten
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konsolidierung
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in internationaler Rechnungslegung nach IFRS
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenzen, lösungsorientierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
