Quality Assurance Analyst

KAI Partners, Inc. (KAIP) is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst who supports organizational quality objectives by reviewing business processes, operational procedures, documentation, work products, and quality evidence to confirm accuracy, consistency, compliance, and readiness for implementation or delivery. This role is intended to strengthen operational consistency, increase quality, reduce delivery risk, and enable readiness across the organization. This role supports internal operations and client-facing consulting engagements by identifying process gaps, quality risks, documentation issues, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct operational quality reviews, including process observations, documentation checks, compliance verification, evidence review, and follow-up on corrective actions across internal operations and assigned client engagements.
  • Analyze quality findings, recurring issues, audit results, and operational trends to identify root causes, recommend improvements, and support leadership reporting.
  • Facilitate process walkthroughs, quality briefings, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities to support consistent adoption of operational standards and quality expectations.
  • Track corrective actions, process gaps, quality findings, and improvement items through resolution, validating that agreed-upon actions have been completed and documented.
  • Support quality assurance activities across multiple internal functions, projects, client engagements, or operational workstreams while maintaining consistency in review practices and documentation standards.
  • Perform process observations and operational readiness reviews to confirm that procedures, roles, tools, documentation, and handoffs are clear, complete, and consistently followed.
  • Adhere to KAI Partners' quality management processes, professional standards, and ethical guidelines while exercising discretion and independent judgment.
  • Accurately log work hours in designated platforms to meet compliance requirements.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

*Because KAI Partners operates in a consulting environment, responsibilities may vary by client engagement and business need. The duties listed above are intended to describe the essential functions of the role and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all activities that may be assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to assess business processes, operational deliverables, client-facing work products, and project quality to identify risks, gaps, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance, quality control, compliance review, process improvement, and consulting delivery standards in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to develop and apply review checklists, quality criteria, action trackers, risk logs, process observations, and summary reports to support consistent operational outcomes.
  • Experience applying structured quality practices to identify findings, document supporting evidence, track corrective actions, validate closure, and report recurring trends to support continuous improvement.
  • Ability to evaluate operational requirements, client expectations, contractual obligations, documentation standards, and process effectiveness using a structured analytical approach.
  • Strong facilitation and training skills, including the ability to support quality reviews, process walkthroughs, operational readiness reviews, stakeholder meetings, knowledge transfer, and lessons-learned discussions.
  • Proficiency with professional services documentation and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Teams, project workspaces, action trackers, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, organizational, stakeholder-management, and prioritization skills, with a collaborative commitment to continuous operational improvement.

Work/Education Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Quality Management, Organizational Development, Safety/Compliance or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (Required). Additional years of experience may be substituted
  • 5–9 years of experience in operational quality assurance, compliance review, process auditing, safety/compliance management, business operations, process improvement, training, project coordination, or related roles required.

Desired Certifications:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • SAFe Agilist or SAFe Practitioner

Compensation Range: $106,000 - $126,000
