The HSET Advisor interfaces with MSHA and State Mine Inspectors to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. They provide leadership and guidance on the implementation of safety procedures and policies across surface and underground mining operations.
Candidates should have 5 years of health and safety experience in mining and be trained in surface and underground operations. Preferred qualifications include a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and CMSP certification.
