Provide administrative support to the Settlements Department by coordinating case assignments and communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Manage the submission of agreements for Workers Compensation Board approval and assist attorneys with document drafting.
Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, with a paralegal certificate being a plus. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
