A bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in an occupational health or EHS setting are required. Experience as an emergency responder (EMT/Firefighting) and knowledge of OSHA regulations are essential.

This position is responsible for coordinating critical EHS programs that support Plant activities and personnel well-being. Reporting into the Plant EHS Manager, the holder provides expertise in Occupational Health programs, including Workers Compensation, medical leave, first aid training management, medical surveillance programs, prescription safety glasses, and Incident Intervention efforts.

Occasional requirement to work flexible hours to meet on demand events and respond to incidents. Travel for training may occasionally be required.
Must be able to take ownership of above mentioned programs, work independently, as well as collaborate effectively across multiple teams and sites.
