The CNC Operator is responsible for producing production and prototype machined products using CNC equipment and precision measurement tools. Key duties include documenting process instructions, maintaining a 5S work area, and collaborating to resolve machining problems to meet production schedules.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, with a preference for an associate degree in CNC or a related technical field. Proficiency in MS Office and a general understanding of production regulations and quality control processes are preferred.

Essential Function / Duties

Work Schedule / Supervision
Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week; potential for overtime.
Position Status: Non-exempt; Overtime may be necessary.
Recommended Education / Experience
Education: High School education or equivalent, 2-year associate degree in CNC or equivalent technical discipline preferred.
Experience: Competency with MS Office applications; written and verbal communication skills; general understanding of production and product development regulations and quality control processes (including gaging and OGP operation) preferred.
