Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management and 5-10+ years of strategic sourcing experience in facilities services. Must be proficient in developing category strategies and managing RFP/bid processes without requiring visa sponsorship.

What this job involves:
This position leads a team of sourcing managers for an aerospace and defense client, working directly with Sourcing & Procurement leadership, Account leadership, and Clients to manage expectations and deliver strategic sourcing solutions. You'll drive program implementation, oversee portfolio compliance, and develop innovative sourcing strategies while building cross-functional relationships to deliver sustained benefits to clients.
This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Estimated compensation for this position:
115,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
