The Facility Executive will manage daily soft services operations including housekeeping, vendor performance, and inventory control. Additionally, they will oversee MEP system maintenance, conduct routine inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in facility operations covering both soft services and technical maintenance. A background in engineering or relevant technical certifications is preferred, along with strong communication and vendor management skills.
