Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead team members to ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service. Manage administrative tasks including labor scheduling, inventory monitoring, and compliance with health department regulations.
Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is preferred along with strong leadership and organizational skills. Candidates must have flexible availability and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
