Provide advanced technical support and application guidance to customers and distributors, including pre-sales and after-sales activities. Coordinate with R&D, QA, and operations to diagnose technical issues and improve product performance.
The candidate must be able to diagnose recurring technical issues and prepare detailed performance reports. Experience in guiding technical support operators and collaborating across departments is required.
