The Financial Digital Transformation Analyst liaises with clients to understand their business issues and assists in preparing and reviewing business processes and specifications. They lead testing efforts, document QA processes, and ensure timely resolution of client-raised issues.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and experience as a Project Business Analyst. Strong communication skills and proficiency in data analysis tools are essential.
Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements.
Assists to prepare and review the business processes, requirement and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases
Leads the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results
Conduct in-depth analysis to understand and deconstruct complex issues.
Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables.
Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information System, Teknologi Informasi
Experience as a Project Business Analyst
Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
Proficiency in English is a must.
