The VP of Operations is responsible for driving the overall operational strategy and overseeing daily business activities to ensure efficiency and growth. They lead cross-functional teams to optimize performance, manage budgets, and implement best practices to improve profitability.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of progressive experience in operations management and leadership. A master's degree and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies are preferred.

The VP of Operations will collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop scalable processes that support growth and enhance customer satisfaction. They will lead cross-functional teams to optimize performance, manage budgets, and implement best practices that improve productivity and profitability. Ultimately, this role ensures that the company’s operations run smoothly, effectively, and in alignment with its strategic vision.
The VP of Operations will utilize leadership and strategic planning skills daily to guide teams and align operational activities with company goals. Analytical skills are essential for interpreting performance data and making informed decisions that enhance efficiency and profitability. Strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners. Financial management skills are applied to budget oversight and cost optimization efforts. Additionally, expertise in process improvement methodologies supports continuous operational enhancements and innovation.
