The representative will resolve customer product issues via phone, email, and chat while guiding clients on software best practices. They are also responsible for conducting online product demonstrations, testing systems for bugs, and managing customer complaints.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and possess 1-3 years of technical support experience. Fluency in English (C1) and the ability to work rotational shifts are mandatory requirements.
