Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB to support federal program management. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to implement scalable SPM solutions and maintain platform governance through Agile ceremonies.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of IT experience, 3 years of ServiceNow development, and strong JavaScript skills. A Bachelor's degree and at least one active ServiceNow certification (CSA preferred) are required, along with the ability to obtain public trust clearance.

iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support federal programs by designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications across the ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB areas of the ServiceNow Platform
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience across the platform, with the ability to translate complex business and portfolio management requirements into scalable, maintainable platform solutions. This role requires collaboration with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and Agile delivery teams to modernize portfolio governance, planning, investment tracking, and enterprise delivery capabilities across federal organizations
