The technician is responsible for the setup, operation, and strike of audio-visual equipment for hotel guests and events. They must manage equipment inventory, maintain professional client relations, and handle administrative billing and reporting.
Candidates need an associate degree or at least one year of in-house audio-visual experience. Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and a professional appearance are required.

To assure the successful delivery of ITA’s products and/or services to a/v customers HOTEL TECHNICIAN will:
To professionally and successfully, interact with hotel staff and the guests HOTEL TECHNICIAN will::
Associates Degree or equivalent two-year college/technical school or minimum one year of in-house audio visual experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects tolls, or controls, and talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. From time to time, the employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. Employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 lbs; frequently (less than 20% of the time) lift and/or move 100 lbs.
