The Contracts and Grants Manager is responsible for the administration of contracts and grants while working with program managers and external funders. They also contribute to the strategic development of administrative functions and the creation of improved systems and processes.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, communications, or a related field. Additionally, five years of relevant experience and strong communication and project management skills are required.

About the Position: Irvine Ranch Conservancy (IRC) has an opening for a full-time Contracts & Grants Manager. The Contracts & Grants Manager has overall responsibility for the administration of IRC's contracts and grants, working in close partnership with IRC's Program Operations Manager and Program Managers as well as government agencies and other external funders. The position also works closely with IRC's Vice President & Chief Administration Officer to contribute to the strategic development of IRC's administration functions, including creation and development of new and improved systems and processes.
The Successful Candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, communications, or similar field of study; five (5) years of relevant experience in a related field; and the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Salary Range: $85,000 - $98,000 per year
