The Service Coordinator manages rosters and allocates resources to meet the needs of Home Care customers. They provide administrative support, handle customer inquiries, and assist with system upgrades and project tasks.
Candidates need strong experience in high-volume administration and rostering, with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with AlayaCare or similar software and the ability to apply home care policies are highly regarded.

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role within the Home Care Service Coordination team. This role is responsible for the people resource provision to IRT Home Care customers while delivering high quality customer support.
This role is a 6-month contract based out of Wollongong.
