The Aged Care Educator will plan, deliver, and evaluate tailored education activities to enhance staff capability and ensure compliance with aged care quality standards. Responsibilities include managing education records, conducting inductions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training resources.
Candidates must hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent and a Diploma of Nursing. Experience in residential aged care or home care is required, along with strong communication skills and knowledge of adult learning principles.

As an Aged care educator, you will plan, deliver, and evaluate tailored education activities that address the specific learning and development needs of staff. You will actively contribute to enhancing staff capability related to the aged care quality standards, fostering continuous improvement. Empower your team with a culture of continuous learning and growth.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to work in our Aged Care Centre at IRT Peakhurst Gardens in a part time, 3 days per week capacity. Travel to other IRT residential care homes may be required.
