Facilitate water sampling and mine pool measurement programs to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations. Maintain field and lab instruments while coordinating sample delivery and data entry.
Requires 3 years of environmental experience in mining or a related field and a thorough understanding of NPDES permits. Must have a good driving record and the ability to work overtime and weekends for field work.

The role of the Environmental Technician is to facilitate the company’s water sampling and mine pool measurement programs in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
Major Responsibilities
Thorough understanding of NPDES permits and state laws that relate to the mining industry.
Required: 3 years of experience in Environmental for Mining or related field.
Good driving record.
Work overtime and weekends.
Field work.
Good Computer Skills - Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, etc.
