The Transition and Recovery Officer is responsible for the development, management, and implementation of IOM initiatives related to early recovery and community stabilization. This role focuses on creating conducive environments for durable solutions to internal displacement following the recent earthquakes in Venezuela.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree with five years of experience or a University degree with seven years of experience in relevant fields. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with demonstrated expertise in transition, recovery, and emergency programming.
