The Sourcing Director will define and lead the regional sourcing strategy for APAC, ensuring alignment with global objectives and operational excellence. This role involves managing indirect categories, driving cost optimization, and influencing senior leadership to support regional growth.

Primary Function of Position
The Sourcing Director, APAC will define and lead the regional sourcing strategy for Intuitive Surgical, ensuring alignment with global sourcing objectives while driving innovation, cost optimization, and operational excellence across APAC. This role will oversee strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect categories such as construction, facilities management, professional services, and logistics, delivering measurable value and mitigating risk. The Director will partner
with senior business leaders to influence decisions that shape Intuitive’s growth in the region.
